Terms of Service
Welcome to RollCall, a social app developed by Sky Enterprises Australia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RollCall mobile app and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using RollCall, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using RollCall, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including both free and Premium users. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the app.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the RollCall app, website, backend, and any features or content provided therein.
- "User" means anyone who creates an account or accesses RollCall.
- "Group" refers to a set of Users participating together in daily challenges.
- "Content" includes photos, comments, and other media uploaded by users.
- "We", "us", "our" refers to Sky Enterprises Australia.
3. User Accounts
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use RollCall.
- Account Creation: You must provide a valid email address or Apple ID to register.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One Account: You may only create and use one personal account unless otherwise authorised.
4. Premium Membership
RollCall offers a paid Premium plan via Apple in-app purchase. No payment details are handled by us.
- Monthly Price: AUD $3.99 per month.
- Benefits:
- Join up to 20 groups (Free users: 2 groups)
- Groups can include up to 20 members (Free: 8 members)
- 1 monthly streak restore or punishment skip
- RollCall+ badge and premium profile colour
- Future access to exclusive features and stats
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Charges will be billed to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
- Cancellation: Per Apple policy, we cannot issue refunds.
5. Use of the Service
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Post harmful, abusive, illegal, or explicit content.
- Submit fake or misleading challenge photos or punishment proofs.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.
- Bypass moderation or interfere with app functionality.
Violation of these terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
6. Community Guidelines
Group challenges and punishments are meant to be fun and creative. We encourage humor and creativity, but not harm or humiliation. All users must follow our community guidelines, including:
- No illegal activities, nudity, hate speech, bullying, or non-consensual content.
- Punishments should be safe, legal, and agreed upon by the group.
- Flag low-effort or inappropriate submissions using the in-app report system.
7. User Content
By submitting photos, punishments, comments, or other content, you grant us a limited license to host and display this content within the app. You retain ownership of your content.
- You may delete your content at any time. Deleted content will be removed from our systems within a reasonable period.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.
8. Account Termination
- By You: You can delete your account at any time via the app.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for abusive behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
RollCall is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sky Enterprises Australia and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages related to your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Adelaide, SA.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified in-app and posted here. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
